Does Third Barrel need an internet connection?
No. The app works completely offline — there is no account, no sign-in, and no server. Everything you enter is stored on your device.
I recorded a run with the wrong time or penalty. Can I fix it?
Yes. Open the run from the Runs tab and use the edit action in the run detail screen to change the time, penalties, ground, or note. Deleting a run is available from the same screen.
How does the Splits calculator work?
Enter the 1D fast time posted for the jackpot and the split width it uses (0.5 or 1.0 seconds). Third Barrel calculates the 2D through 5D cut-offs and shows you which division your own time falls into. You can store that result with a logged run.
Why won't the camera open?
Camera access is requested the first time you try to attach a photo. If you declined it, open Settings → Third Barrel → and enable Camera, or use the photo library option instead — it doesn't require camera permission.
Can I get my data off the app, or start fresh?
Runs can be exported as a CSV file from Settings or from the Runs tab. To start over, use "Erase all data" in Settings; this cannot be undone.
Does Third Barrel sell or share my data?
No. There is no data collection at all — see the Privacy Policy for details.
